When they meet a distressed merchant who has lost his camel, the princes describe it so accurately that he suspects they have stolen it! They explain how they came to know so much about the camel: they noticed it was likely blind in one eye, as it had grazed only on one side of the road, and it carried honey and butter, evidenced by ants and flies gathering on opposite sides of the tracks.
