User-Centered Design

User-Centered Design is a core element of Design Thinking. It places the needs and perspectives of end users at the center of the entire process. The focus is on empathy, where designers strive to understand the real problems and desires of users. This is done through interviews, observations, and other methods of gaining insight. Based on these findings, creative and tailored solutions are developed. User feedback and prototype testing are essential to ensure that the solutions are functional and relevant. The goal is to create products or services that provide real value to the users.
